Come home to yourself in the quiet season.
The Permission Experience: Winter is an online course that invites you to slow down and listen. Reflect with compassion. Tend your raw emotions in the warmth of your inner glowing hearth. Winter – whether you’re referring to the cold season outside or you’re facing a challenge in life that’s forcing you to slow down – offers powerful transformation, healing, and comfort. The quiet seasons are the times you release what no longer serves you. Find clarity in the stillness. Receive support and warmth from others. Winter is when you come home to yourself.
Using the songs on the Winter season of the Permission album as our inspiration and guide, we’ll study the themes they explore, such as:
- loss
- fear
- clarity
- grief
- guilt
- release
- hope
- authenticity
- connection
- rebirth
In addition to the five songs on the Winter album, you’ll receive a 25-30 minute video to excavate the themes contained in each song and a workbook to help you tend each area in your life. You’ll develop a relationship to this music that goes beyond simply listening. You’ll embody each song by living it, taking it into your heart and into your days in an engaged, multi-sensory learning experience that will lead to lasting change.
Whether you love winter or hate it, you’ll come to cherish what it offers. You’ll recognize this season when it appears in your life, even if it’s the 4th of July. You’ll hear the call to go within, be still, and nourish yourself. Rather than suffering through the winters of life, you’ll navigate them with gentleness, compassion, and liberation. You’ll feel permission to experience and express what you’re feeling, even if that expression feels like a naked tree against a grey sky. You’ll accept and approve of the beauty of your life, whatever it is, as it is.
Included in this course:
